All meals consist of a 3 oz. portion of meat or main dish, Vegetables and Fruits are 1/2 cup portions, 2 servings of Breads/Grains ,1 tsp of margarine, 1/2 cup of Dessert and 1 cup of 2% Milk. Menus are subject to change and a record of all substitutions are kept on file.
